Return Policy

- Before returning the product, it is necessary to contact the customer service department of the company.

- The return must be made within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt and must meet return conditions (e.g., the product must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition).

- Returns must be made with the courier company that the company collaborates with and the recipient will be charged. In case of sending with another Courier company, the package will not be accepted (unless it is charged to the sender).

- If the product has been used or the original packaging has been altered, the return will not be accepted.

- Your money will be refunded within 30 days from the return and receipt of the products by our company.

- If the return is not made within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the return of the products and not to proceed with their replacement.
