The present terms of operation and use of the website are fully compliant with the current European and Greek legislation, and the User visiting the website acknowledges that they have full knowledge of them, explicitly and unreservedly accepts them, and undertakes to comply with them.

The products sold through the Website are intended exclusively for purchase by Users and not for resale. In case of violation of the above term, the User is obliged to compensate the Company for any damage incurred as a result of their breach of contract.

The company reserves the right to change the content of the website www.becalm.gr at any time and without prior notice. The control of the characteristics of the products provided and ordered is the sole responsibility of the customer using the Website.

Intellectual Property Rights

The company is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights of the content and structure of the website www.becalm.gr, except for explicit exceptions. The trademarks posted on the website constitute the company's assets. The company reserves the right to take civil, administrative, and criminal legal actions against any violator of the relevant terms.

Customer Declarations

The Customer declares that all information provided by them during the use of the website www.becalm.gr is accurate. The Customer undertakes the obligation to cover any damages to the company arising from the use of this website and the Customer's account by unauthorized individuals.

Limitation of Liability

The company assumes no liability for direct or indirect, positive or negative damages that may arise from the inability to use the website www.becalm.gr, as well as from any errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in the operation of the website or in the transmission of information over it.

The Website is not responsible for product unavailability due to reasons beyond its operation (including, but not limited to, force majeure, supplier inability and/or strikes, illegal behavior of third parties, and, in general, reasons that cannot be attributed to the "Company").

The Website is not responsible for the poor condition of delivered products, provided that it is not due to negligent storage of the products by the Company and provided that all preventive measures that it should have taken were taken.

The provided information and advice on health, prevention, diet, beauty, and aesthetics are offered exclusively for informational purposes and only and in no case replace or substitute for medical advice, opinions, diagnoses, and prescriptions from healthcare professionals, medical bodies, and diagnostic centers, which the user of the Website's services must obtain and follow, to address any health issues and daily concerns they may have.

The Company is released from any liability for any damage suffered by the user, whether legal or contractual, against the user, and any direct or incidental claim of the user or third party, provided that the user violates the Terms of use and operation of this website, provides false, inaccurate, and incomplete information and data, engages in illegal behavior during their navigation of the Website, violates the rules of user conduct, whether legal or customary, fails to comply with their legal and/or contractual obligations through acts or omissions. The User explicitly accepts and acknowledges the Company's exemption from liability, as described above, and accepts that they bear full responsibility for their actions and the resulting obligations to compensate the injured parties.

Price Commitment

 Price commitment is only made through electronic or telephone orders only if you have received written confirmation. After each order, you first receive notification of its registration, and then separately receive confirmation of its acceptance. Price commitment is made only after you have received the confirmation notification. The prices of the products are committed at the time of your order registration. Also, the products in our warehouse stock are automatically committed. The company is not responsible for any price drops that may occur between the registration and the delivery of your order.

Security

The content of the Website is provided "as is." Every possible effort is made for the security and accuracy of the content. However, the Company does not commit, guarantee, or assume any liability regarding the content and security of the Website. The User acknowledges that they use the posted content and the offered services at their own risk. Users who do not trust the Company are advised not to visit or use the Website.

Users are encouraged to use antivirus software or other protective software against electronic viruses or other harmful programs and elements. The Company declares that it diligently controls the security level of its services in the electronic environment, using programs against virus dissemination and malicious software. However, it assumes absolutely no responsibility for any damage, harm, or infection from electronic viruses or other malicious programs on the electronic computer or other electronic medium and device, in the programs and data of the user/visitor of our services, during access and use of the Website, nor is it liable for damage related to execution failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, operational delay, or line drop of the system, etc.

Users of the Website are explicitly prohibited from interfering with the form, operation, services, content, databases, and any element of the Website, using any mechanism, malicious or non-malicious software, electronic or otherwise, sending unwanted or harmful files such as, for example, spam, viruses, malicious applications (malware), etc., capable of affecting, harming, suspending, interrupting, and generally obstructing its smooth operation. The Company reserves the right to seek the rectification of damages that may be caused to it by unlawful behaviors, such as those aforementioned, as well as the criminal prosecution of the responsible party.

All transactions conducted through www.becalm.gr are governed by International and European Law, which regulates matters related to electronic commerce, as well as by the Law for the Protection of Consumers (N. 2251/1994), which regulates matters related to distance selling.

Various Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, which will be announced on the Website within a reasonable timeframe. In any case, the terms posted on the date of the user's order will apply.

The Company also reserves the right to suspend, at any time and without prior notice, part or all of the services provided by the Website.

The use of the website www.becalm.gr is solely at the responsibility of the visitor-customer, and we are not liable for malicious interventions by third parties. Visitors to our website undertake not to harm third parties through malicious use of the website and not to violate their personal data. Regarding the return of a defective product, the customer must send the product with a courier that the company cooperates with and charges the recipient. In the case of sending with another courier company, the package will not be accepted (unless it is with charge to the sender). The replacement of the defective product may take from 3 to 20 business days.

This Privacy Protection Agreement covers the conditions for the collection and management of the personal data of visitors/users/members (hereinafter "users") by the company (owner, creator, and holder of all rights of the online store www.becalm.gr) during their registration or during the visit and use of the services and pages of the website www.becalm.gr. Visiting or placing an order on www.becalm.gr presupposes the unconditional acceptance of the above terms.

The non-exercise by the Company of any of the rights deriving from these terms does not imply in any case a waiver of them.

Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

Greek law applies to this agreement, and the courts of Athens are competent for any dispute that may arise. Alternatively, the solution of extrajudicial settlement through the European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body is proposed.
